Why I started Jane Webber Nutrition?
Like so many women in the UK I seem to have spent most of my life on a diet. Losing weight, regaining it (and more) only reinforced my low opinion about myself and self-esteem.
In 2015 I realised my relationship with food was controlling me. I learnt which foods were best for me, how to fuel my body in a healthy way. I understood how to count macro nutrients as well as calories and finally realised this was a lifestyle choice, not just a short term diet.
I have now kept the weight off for 4 years and still counting. I enjoy and have a more positive relationship with food.
I went back to college to complete a nutrition course recognised by Association for Nutritionists and Royal Society for Public Health in 2018.
I help women (and men) who have struggled with their weight to gain habits that will help them for years to come.
I also provide nutrition programmes for sport and exercise. Nutrition for vegan and vegetarians.
My programmes are tailored for you. I don't ban foods, ask you to fast or suggest low calorie meal replacement drinks.
