Stop calling it a diet!
The word “diet” has now become associate with going on a restrictive diet for weight loss or medical reasons. This isn’t the case as the word means the kinds of food that a person, animal or community habitually eats. As soon as someone mentions they are going on a diet, my heart sinks.
